Version 3 changes

First it will work with over 18,000 floors, floor plans.
The program has three databases two of which can hold more than 6,000,000 entries (map and products)
It will draw circles and rectangles including 45 degree variations on any screen shape.

As with previous version there are two major programs. The customer side where all file access is read only! The editor which allows editing of all items (products, Map items, and "not found" databases, utilities include back up the map and product files as an ASCII files, rotate/move a pseudoshelf(set) to any other location on any floor. This will also move all items associated with pseudoshelf.
New search routines are faster and easier to use.

We are NOT certain that we have identified all the places this could be used. They include: big box stores, malls, mixed usage, buildings, office buildings, apartment buildings/complexes, subdivisions....

All "shelves" include a floor. There are new constants "Cartigraphic coordinates" which are your screen hight and width. The Help screen for the maps has a circle in a square as a guide

C . Backup and Restore currently this uses LHZ to archive the files. This need be done on the Product File.

D . Compact and rekey the main "product" file. This needs no input and will return to this menu when done.

E . Compact and rekey the "Not Found" file. This needs no input and will return to this menu when done.

Q Quit or PgDn If you typed auto2 the system will restart [turning off the system is the only way to stop it!]. Type sdmenu.exe be able to exit.

































NOTES: Configure Dos prompt properties-program Screen 24 lines, working to c:\storedir, batch file auto2 [ for the demo in working: c:\storedir\sdmenu.exe ]
DOS of any type thru FAT32. In your root directory C:,D:,E: ....

Several Keys have been enabled for editor use:
      HOME puts the cursor at the start of the line.
      Ctrl-HOME erases the line from the left edge of the cursor to the start of the line.
      END moves the cursor to the end of the text.
      Ctrl-HOME erases the line from the left edge of the cursor to the end of the line.

StoreDir is for a DOS or WINDOWS© based PC with a minimum of:
20MB RAM
1 GB hard Disk
100 MHZ and a SVGA screen capable of 1024x760 pixels x 256 colors

Files transferred to the hard disk and put in StoreDir directory;
